Start the morning with the family and this **FREE** outdoor workout, and then stay for brunch at Starr Hill Biergarten!

“HIIT & Hops” Cardio & Total Body Strength Workout 45-minute total body, interval training workout. Together we will focus on cardiorespiratory strength while toning all major muscle groups. Modifications are shown for all fitness levels.

Please have appropriate supportive footwear, a mat/towel for ground work, some water, and your energy ready to go! As always, the more the merrier - kiddos welcome so bring the whole family!
